We are very pleased to be able to assist in
raising funds for a wide variety of charities.
We took part in the Festival of Female Voices, organised by the Orpheus Singers, and helped to raise £836.03 for Southend Hospitals Pinpoint Charity
We were invited to join with Southend Girls and boys Choirs in a concert at Kings Rd UR Church for the Turkey/Syria Appeal, we were pleased to help raise £1,611.
Christmas Concert at Holy Trinity Rayleigh
with Hawkwell Brass we helped to raise over £1,000 for the Church.
Following
Covid the choir have made three donations of £700 each to The Musicman
Project, Singing for the Brain at Thorpe Bay and Shoebury Baptist Church,
Cancer Research.
Christmas concert at
Southend High School for Boys raised £1,000 for their organ restoration
fund.
Concert in
Celebration of the Life of Claire Roberts raised £1,500 for Childrens
Society.
Cantare Christmas
concert raised £600 which was shared between Cure Parkinson's Trust and
Dementia UK.
Southend High School
for Boys, Cantare concert - raised £850 for the Mencap's Southend Music Man
project.
The Salvation Army
Hall Chelmsford, Festival of Remembrance with the Salvation Army - raised
£600 for the Royal British Legion.
St Peter's Church -
raised £700 for the Smile International trip to Kosovo.

Rayleigh - raised £1,130 for the Rochford and Rayleigh and Citizens' Advice
Bureau.
